“N_2+H_2配比器及氮氢混合气焊接工艺研究” 这一科研课题是我校焊接教研室王清波副教授与辽宁省安装公司一处的同志们在翻阅了大量的国内外资料,进行了无数次工艺试验研究的基础上共同研制成功的。 1985年9月17日辽宁省机械工业厅主持召开了“N_2+H_2配比器及氮氢混合气焊接工艺研究”鉴定会。有大专院校、科研单位、生产部门等单位的代表出席了会议。 会议对“N_2+H_2配比器及氮氢混合气焊接工艺研究”给予了很高的评价。鉴定委员会认为:N_2+H_2配比器属国内首创,达到国际先进水平;采用氮氢混合气代替氩气进行背面保护不锈钢焊接。位个工艺填补了围内空白,在国际上也是创新工艺。

Meeting on “N_2 + H_2 Proportioner and nitrogen and hydrogen mixed gas welding process” gave a high rating. Accreditation Committee that: N 2 + H 2 Proportioner is a national initiative, reaching the international advanced level; the use of nitrogen and hydrogen mixed gas instead of argon on the back of the protection of stainless steel welding. A bit of technology to fill the gap within the world is also an innovative process.
