教师的课堂角色冲突对教学效果和个人心理都产生直接的影响。本文剖析了后方法时代我国外语教师课堂角色转变、角色冲突的表现、成因,从而提出应对外语教师课堂角色冲突的策略。
Teachers’ classroom role conflict has a direct impact on teaching effectiveness and personal psychology. This paper analyzes the performance and causes of the change of role of foreign language teachers in classrooms in the post-method era and puts forward some strategies to deal with the conflict of classroom teachers in foreign language teachers.
