为深入贯彻落实中共中央国务院《关于加强技术创新发展高科技实现产业化的决定》、国家知识产权局《关于加强专利工作促进技术创新的意见》以及全省技术创新大会精神,充分发挥知识产权制度在技术创新中的重要作用,切实加强知识产权的管理和保护,现就进一步加强我省知识产权工作,促进技术创新提出以下意见:
