为探讨研究混杂纤维(钢纤维/聚丙烯纤维)高性能混凝土的立方体抗压强度和劈拉强度的计算方法,采用正交试验法对18组混杂纤维高性能混凝土试块和1组普通高性能混凝土对比试块进行立方体抗压强度和劈拉强度试验,分析了钢纤维特征参数(类型、体积率、长径比)及聚丙烯纤维体积率等因素对混凝土强度的影响。结果表明,混杂纤维的掺入对高性能混凝土的立方体抗压强度和劈拉强度均有所提高。通过回归分析提出了混杂纤维高性能混凝土立方体抗压强度和劈拉强度的计算公式,同时探讨了混杂纤维高性能混凝土劈拉强度及其与立方体抗压强度之间的关系,可为工程应用提供参考。
In order to study the calculation method of cubical compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of hybrid fiber (steel fiber / polypropylene fiber) high performance concrete, 18 groups of hybrid fiber high performance concrete test blocks and 1 group of common high performance The compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of cubic concrete specimens were compared. The influence of steel fiber characteristic parameters (type, volume fraction, aspect ratio) and polypropylene fiber volume fraction on the concrete strength was analyzed. The results show that the incorporation of hybrid fibers increases the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of high performance concrete cubes. Through regression analysis, the formula of compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of hybrid high performance concrete cube is put forward, and the relationship between the splitting tensile strength and the compressive strength of the cubic hybrid high performance concrete is discussed, which can be used for engineering application reference.
