在上海世博会世博轴1标基坑工程中,为控制世博轴轴Ⅰ标工程逆作法施工时的中板标高,采用离心模型试验研究了基坑开挖引起的坑底回弹规律;以离心模型试验为基础,采用Plaxis有限元软件研究了基坑开挖引起的坑底和立柱桩回弹规律;通过现场监测,得到了结构浇筑引起的模板沉降量值。结合以上各因素,最终确定中板的预留拱度为10~15 mm,在施工中取得了良好的控制效果。
In order to control the mid-plate elevation during construction of World Expo Ⅰ shaft bid counter-work in the Expo 1 Shanghai World Expo, a centrifugal model test was conducted to study the rebound rule of pit bottom caused by excavation. Centrifuge model Based on the experiment, Plaxis finite element software was used to study the rebound rule of pit bottom and column piles caused by excavation. Through on-site monitoring, the value of template settlement caused by structure pouring was obtained. Combined with the above factors, the final crown of the plate is determined to be 10 ~ 15 mm, and a good control effect has been achieved during the construction.
