种子是重要的农业生产资料,种子分销渠道需要强有力的控制者,以杜绝假冒伪劣种子,维护品种知识产权。能否获得渠道控制权,取决于渠道成员是否拥有足够强的渠道力量,这要求种子零售商、批发商、种子公司拥有专业技术、掌握客户资源,以及向其他成员提供必要的财务支持。分销渠道控制权由种子公司掌握有利于种子产业的健康发展,但种子公司必须提高种子研发水平,提供具有差异化优势的种子品种,还要重视向批发商提供财务支持,以及改进分销渠道和促销方式,才能取得农户的支持,从而获得足够的渠道控制力。
