一家已经成立6年的高科技设备制造公司,现有员工110人。公司自成立以来一直保持快速增长,近三年来销售额和净利润分别平均增长40%和25%,2002年人均创利18万元。公司员工平均年龄35岁,其中50%员工年龄在30-39岁,50岁以上员工仅占5%,2002年平均月工资为4000元。公司为全部员工办理了社会养老保险,还希望通过建立企业年金计划提高员工的退休收入,并要求这个企业年全计划能体现岗位差别,提高重要岗位员工队伍的稳定。
A six-year-old high-tech equipment manufacturing company with 110 employees. Since its inception, the company has maintained rapid growth in the past three years, sales and net profit increased by an average of 40% and 25% respectively, in 2002 per capita profit of 180,000 yuan.
