原发性心肌病的病因尚未明瞭。遗传因索是现今学者们重视的问题之一。近年来不断提出了一些支持遗传病因学的新证据,表明各型原发性心肌病均有部分家族史。
The etiology of primary cardiomyopathy is unclear. Genetic factors are one of the most important problems of scholars today. In recent years, some new evidences supporting genetic etiology have been put forward continuously, indicating that all types of primary cardiomyopathy have some family history.
