我场有一台东方红—75型拖拉机的后桥壳,在其右前角10厘米处裂开了一道长15厘米、深1.5厘米的裂缝,此处是非受力部位。按照传统的认识,后桥壳破裂一般发生在受力较大的部位,如固定后桥轴两螺栓间或固定变速箱二轴孔处。而我场这台东方红—75型拖拉机后桥壳破裂处,既不是受力处,也不是应力集中处,真有点邪门了。但当我们调整变速箱二轴与发动机的同心度时,发现同心度偏差较大,顿生疑窦。随即又发现后桥壳的位置不平,即水平面后倾,看来“狐狸”尾巴露出来了。于是,我们顺藤摸瓜,最后发现是大梁右托架固定后轴处断裂了,此即导致该机后桥壳非受力部位破裂之原因。

Then found the location of the rear axle housing uneven, that is, the level of back, it seems “Fox ” tail exposed. As a result, we follow the example, finally found that the right bracket after the beam fixed shaft fracture, which led to the aircraft after the failure of the non-stressed parts of the shell after the bridge.
