一、引言本文着重讨论汽水混合物在垂直加热通道中强迫对流时的干涸机理,干涸的实验研究情况,参数对干涸的影响,以及通过实验所获得的经验关系式。当水在垂直通道内发生强迫对流沸腾时,沸腾传热情况与汽水混合物的流型有关,流型不同传热机理差别很大。如果加热通道的热流密度不太高,其沸腾传热的主要流型有:单相液流、泡状流、环状流、弥散环状流、雾状流和单相蒸汽流。
I. INTRODUCTION This paper focuses on the mechanism of dry-up of forced-convection flow of steam-water mixture in forced vertical convection, the experimental research on dry conditions, the influence of parameters on dry-up and the empirical relation obtained through experiments. When forced convection boiling occurs in the vertical channel, the heat transfer of boiling is related to the flow pattern of the soda mixture, and the heat transfer mechanism of the flow pattern varies greatly. If the heating channel heat flux is not too high, its main heat transfer boiling patterns are: single-phase flow, bubble flow, annular flow, diffuse annular flow, mist flow and single-phase steam flow.
