在中国科协统一安排下,中国煤炭学会于1983年1月20日在人民大会堂江苏厅举行了新春座谈会。出席座谈会的有中国科协书记处书记田夫,煤炭部副部长叶青、总工程师王森浩,原煤炭部副部长邹桐、贾慧生、贺炳章、赵子尚、杨一夫、贾林放等老同志,有关司局的领导同志以及煤炭学会在京理事和中青年科技工作者近100人。座谈会由煤炭学会理事长贺炳章主持。秘书长范维唐汇报了煤炭学会工作,并对努力开创煤炭学会工作谈了几点意见。他指出:煤炭学会工作必须认真贯彻落实党的十二大精神,以及科协二届二次全会和高扬文部长关于“以党的十二大精神武装思想努力开创煤炭工业现代化建设的新局
Under the unified arrangement of China Association for Science and Technology, the China Coal Society held a lunar new year symposium on January 20, 1983 in the Great Hall of the Great Hall of the People. Present at the symposium were Tian Fu, secretary of the China Association for Science and Technology Association, Ye Qing, vice minister of the Ministry of Coal Industry, Wang Senhao, chief engineer, former Zou Tong, Jia Huisheng, He Bingzhang, Zhao Zishang, Yang Yifu and Jialin Fang The leading comrades of the Bureau, as well as the coal council members in Beijing and middle-aged and young science and technology workers nearly 100 people. Symposium hosted by He Bingzhang, director of Coal Society. Secretary-General Fan Weitang reported on the work of the Coal Society and made a few comments on how to pioneer the work of the Coal Society. He pointed out: The coal society must conscientiously implement the spirit of the 12th CPC National Congress and the Second Plenary Session of the Association for Science and Technology and Minister Gao Yangwen on "Taking the Argument of the Spirit of the 12th National Congress of the Party to strive to create a new bureau for the modernization of the coal industry
