使用温度监测软件,在线采集了某钢厂CSP结晶器铜板实际生产过程中温度数据。根据铜板实测温度、冷却水量、入水温度及水温差等参数,利用传热模型建立结晶器热流的二维分布模型,并讨论坯宽与拉速对弯月面处热流密度分布的影响。计算结果表明:结晶器热流和温度在横向分布不均匀,坯宽越宽弯月面处热流密度分布越均匀,拉速越大弯月面处热流密度分布越不均匀。
Using the temperature monitoring software, the temperature data in the actual production process of a steel mill CSP mold copper plate was collected online. Based on the measured temperature of copper plate, the amount of cooling water, the temperature of inlet water and the temperature difference of water, the two-dimensional heat flux model of the mold was established by using the heat transfer model. The influence of the billet width and pulling speed on the heat flux density distribution at the meniscus was discussed. The results show that the heat flux and temperature in the mold are unevenly distributed in the horizontal direction, and the distribution of the heat flux density is more uniform at the meniscus with the larger billet width. The distribution of the heat flux density at the meniscus is more uneven with the increase of the pulling speed.
