为了实现一种动平衡机外观的创新设计、达到外观与功能并重,结合工业设计方法和产品开发设计流程,提出基于人机工程学的产品造型设计方法。探讨动平衡机外观造型的设计要素,对其整体造型、色彩、材料与工艺、环境等因素进行了研究,从人机工程学的角度进行了外观创新设计,以满足用户操作和使用的便利性,延长产品的使用生命周期。通过制作产品样机,完善了整体造型与细节特征,兼顾了“人-机-环境”系统的和谐统一。结果验证了设计方法的可行性,为相关产品进行此类设计提供参考。
In order to realize an innovative design of the appearance of a dynamic balancing machine and achieve both appearance and function, a design method of a product based on ergonomics is proposed according to the industrial design method and the product development and design process. This paper discusses the design elements of dynamic balance machine appearance modeling, studies its overall shape, color, material and process, environment and other factors, and designs the appearance innovation from the perspective of ergonomics to meet the user’s convenience of operation and use , Extend the product life cycle. Through the production of product prototype, the overall shape and details of the perfect features, taking into account the “man - machine - environment ” system of harmony and unity. The results validate the feasibility of the design method and provide reference for such design of related products.
