On June 4, 1928, Japan’s Kwantung Army ignored the Japanese government decrees, military orders and decrees and made the first attempt to murder Zhang Gulin’s Huanggutun Incident in an attempt to monopolize the northeast in order to realize the aggressive expansion plan of Japan. The Huanggutun incident was not only the first time that the Armed Forces in the northeast of Japan excluded political power from arbitrary restraint and arbitrariness, but also the first precedent of Japan’s military power to defy the regime. In particular, the Japanese military and government authorities tried their best to cover up the truth of the incident and protected the outcome of event makers. Directly aroused the arrogance of the militant radicals in the military and led to the expansion of Japan’s military power over the regime. This laid the groundwork for Japan’s subsequent establishment of the fascist military dictatorship.
