综采设备再制造具有显著的经济效益和社会效益,影响其发展的关键因素是再制造设备的质量。对比分析了综采设备再制造与制造质量控制与管理的差异,构建了再制造质量保证体系框架,提出了再制造质量控制与质量管理的主要途径与方法。
Remanufacturing of fully mechanized mining equipment has significant economic and social benefits. The key factor influencing its development is the quality of remanufactured equipment. The differences between the remanufacturing and manufacturing quality control and management of the fully mechanized mining equipment are analyzed and compared. The framework of the remanufacturing quality assurance system is constructed and the main approaches and methods of remanufacturing quality control and quality management are proposed.
