豌豆彩潜蝇为害猫爪草后对其光合作用的正常进行产生影响。通过对田间不同为害程度猫爪草群体叶室进行的闭路系统测量,获得其叶片光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)等光合作用的相关生理指标表明:猫爪草叶片在零星受害后,其净光合速率变化不明显,但随受害程度的加重,其自身调整作用开始发挥,气孔导度显著增加,胞间CO2浓度上升,到为害后期,叶片组织达到较高被害程度时,净光合速率受到影响,迅速增加。
