对本院的旧安全阀校验设施进行技术升级改造，加装压力传感器、数据处理器、计算机、触摸屏和气动打标机等硬件，并配套相应的数据库、测试与管理软件，校验台计算机接入互联网，使安全阀校验实现测试的数字化、数据与信息交换的网络化，并实现安全阀的装卸、转运等过程的半机械化，降低校验人员劳动强度，提高校验精度和效率。“,”To technical upgrade the old safety valve calibration facilities, pressure sensor, data processor, computer, touch screen and pneumatic marking machine and other hardware are installed. And the corresponding database, test and management software, internet access for computer of calibration console is achieved to realize digital test, networking data and information exchange. The loading, unloading, transportation and other processes of safety valve is semi mechanised, to reduce labor intensity, improve the calibration accuracy and efifciency.
