风险投资作为一种带动成长型高科技产业发展的新型投资方式,正以迅速发展的态势在我国出现。风险投资的具体运作是通过建立风险投资公司进行的。目前在我国虽然已出现了一批风险投资公司,但对于风险投资公司如何运作仍处于探索之中。本文借助国外有关风险投资公司运作的资料,对风险投资公司的主要特征谈一些看法。
As a new type of investment method to promote the development of a growing high-tech industry, venture capital is emerging in our country with the rapid development. The specific operation of venture capital is through the establishment of venture capital firms. At present, although a number of venture capital firms have emerged in our country, the venture capital firms are still under exploration. In this paper, with the help of information about the operation of venture capital firms in foreign countries, I will give some comments on the main features of venture capital firms.
