目的建立饮用水中氟化物、氯酸盐、亚氯酸盐、溴酸盐和溴化物的离子色谱法检测方法。方法采用DIONEX ICS-1100型离子色谱仪(美国)、Ion Pac AS19阴离子色谱柱,以淋洗液自动发生装置的KOH溶液为流动相,梯度淋洗,流速:1.00 ml/min,灯电流:87 m A、DS6型电导检测器,进样体积:500μl。结果该方法线性良好,r≥0.999 6,精密度高﹙RSD<2%﹚,样品加标回收率94.0%~99.1%,最低检出限分别为氟化物0.000 5 mg/L、氯酸盐0.001 0 mg/L、亚氯酸盐0.002 0 mg/L、溴酸盐0.003 0 mg/L和溴化物0.001 0 mg/L。结论该方法操作简单、快速、准确、灵敏度高、干扰少,适合饮用水中氟化物、氯酸盐、亚氯酸盐、溴酸盐和溴化物的同时测定,可满足样本量较多水样检测分析要求。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of fluoride, chlorate, chlorite, bromate and bromide in drinking water by ion chromatography. Methods DIONEX ICS-1100 Ion Chromatograph (USA) and Ion Pac AS19 anion chromatography column were used. The mobile phase was eluted with a KOH solution of eluent automatic device. The flow rate was 1.00 ml / min and the lamp current was 87 m A, DS6 conductivity detector, injection volume: 500 μl. Results The method showed a good linearity with r ≥ 0.996, high precision (RSD <2%), and the recoveries of spiked samples ranged from 94.0% to 99.1% with the lowest detection limits of 0.0005 mg / L fluoride and 0.001 0 mg / L, chlorite 0.002 0 mg / L, bromate 0.003 0 mg / L and bromide 0.001 0 mg / L. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate, sensitive and less interference. It is suitable for the simultaneous determination of fluoride, chlorate, chlorite, bromate and bromide in drinking water, which can meet the needs of more samples Testing and analysis requirements.
