企业在管理过程中,坚持以人为本是贯彻践行科学发展观,提升现代化企业管理水平所必须遵循的基本原理。在党的十八大精神鼓舞下,做好企业的党建和思想政治工作,实现企业的管理目标,取得企业和员工共同和谐发展是一个重要的课题。本文结合工作实际,就如何推动新时期下的企业人才建设、提升学习力,实现企业的经营目标等工作阐述出来,与企业思想政治工作者们共同分享。
Enterprises in the management process, adhere to the people-oriented is to implement the scientific concept of development, to enhance the modern enterprise management must follow the basic principles.
