近几年,运输罐铁水脱硫法广为使用,由于搅拌作用,加重了对耐火材料的浸蚀。本文通过试验室试验研究了脱硫渣对耐火材料浸蚀的机理。 试验用耐火材料含Al_2O_3(%)分别为45,60和70;合成渣成份(%)为:SiO_2 37,Al_2O_3 11,CaO 36,MgO14,CaS 2,渣子用球磨机混匀,试验前在干燥炉内加热(205℃)2h;铁水的成份(%)为:C 4.5,Si 1.3,Mn 0.8—1.4,浇铸成铁锭备用。 试验采用美国材料试验学会(ASTM)推荐的方法。用石墨坩埚,感应加热的方法,先将铁熔化,然后加入渣子,试验前
In recent years, the transport tank hot metal desulfurization method is widely used, due to mixing, increased the erosion of refractory materials. In this paper, through laboratory tests to study the desulfurization slag refractory erosion mechanism. With graphite crucible, induction heating method, the first iron melting, and then add slag, before the test
