本文探讨抗战时期党在陕甘宁边区执行的战时经济工作的方针和政策。这些方针政策构成了我党经济思想的重要组成部分,它的成功实施及取得的举世瞩目的伟绩,充分反映了党的战时经济工作方针的正确性。陕甘宁边区是我党在抗战时期的政治、军事、经济中心,它执行的方针政策对其它抗日根据地具有普遍的指导作用,取得的成就也具有典型意义。因此,总结陕甘宁边区战时经济工作方针和政策所积累的丰富的历史经验,可以加深对党的战时经济思想的理解,指导和促进我军的现代化建设。
This article explores the principles and policies of the party’s economic work in wartime carried out in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region during the war of resistance against Japan. These guidelines and policies constitute an important part of our party’s economic thinking. The successful implementation of the guidelines and the remarkable achievements world-wide have fully reflected the correctness of the party’s wartime economic work policy. The Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region was the political, military and economic center of our party during the war of resistance against Japan. Its guiding principles and policies have a universal guiding role for other anti-Japanese bases and the achievements made are of typical significance. Therefore, to sum up the rich historical experience accumulated during the wartime economic work guidelines and policies of the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region can deepen the understanding of the Party’s wartime economic thinking and guide and promote the modernization of our military.
