油田开发后期,注水开发成为主要手段。注水的核心问题是提高差油层的吸水能力。中高渗透层与低渗透层对注水水质的要求不同。必须对以中高渗透层为主要依据设计的地面注水管网进行改造。对杏北四、五、六地区注水管网状况进行了调查,提出4种改造方案。采用现代化管理方法中的决策树法进行论证,兼顾现场实际状况,充分利用现有管网,切合实际进行调整,并依据“少投入,多产出”的原则,减少施工工程量。该技术的实施提高了杏北四、五、六面积地区注水效果,使这一地区水驱油能力增强,提高了油井沉没度,使油井充分发挥潜力,为杏北油田形成分质、分压注水创造了条件。这一工程投产后,运行状况良好,为国家节省投资,同时年创纯经济效益达 108.6万元。
