柴油机排放后处理的难点是NOx和颗粒.传统的后处理器不能有效降低柴油机的有害排放.综合考虑了柴油机排放的特点,提出了一种新的排放后处理方案,利用非平衡等离子体结合微粒捕集器综合降低柴油机的有害排放,并自行设计了等离子体发生器.理论分析和初步的试验研究表明,该后处理方案对于降低柴油机NOx排放和再生微粒捕集器是有效的,并具有较高的实用性.
