本研究用不同数量的煤油和溴苯混合成后配制 两种不同比重的备用液 A(0.9750)与 B(1.0650)。再利用备用液 A 与 B 连续制成了14个梯度柱。用5种已知比重的标准比重液测定其在梯度柱内下沉深度呈直线负相关。相关系数(r)的变化在-0.9991~-0.9999之间,P<0.0005,说明标准比重液在梯度柱内下沉的深度是可信的。本研究对28个正常与50个脑水肿大白鼠脑组织样本所测得的脑组织比重与用干湿法测得的含水量进行相关回归分析,发现二者密切相关。
In this study, two different proportions of stock solution A (0.9750) and B (1.0650) were prepared by mixing different amounts of kerosene and bromobenzene. Reuse of spare fluid A and B continuous made of 14 gradient column. Five kinds of known specific gravity of the standard gravity solution was measured in the gradient column depth was negative linear correlation. The correlation coefficient (r) varied from -0.9991 to -0.9999, P <0.0005, indicating that the depth of the standard specific gravity solution sinking in the gradient column is credible. In this study, 28 normal and 50 brain edema rat brain tissue samples measured by the proportion of brain tissue and water content measured by the wet and dry regression analysis showed that the two are closely related.
