1999年6月12日,对深圳人来说,是一个黑色的日子。这天下午,位于宝安区沙井镇上星村第三工业区的智茂电子厂发生重大火灾事故,造成16人死亡,其中年龄最大的22岁,最小的只有17岁,全是来自广东、广西、贵州、湖南、湖北的民工。此外,还有53人受伤,其中重伤8人。这是从1996年7月17日端溪酒店大火以来,深圳最严重的一次火灾事故。 “6·12”重大火灾事故的硝烟虽已散尽,但“6·12”引发的思考却绵绵无尽;“6·12”的鲜血虽已凝固,然“6·12”血的教训却让人难忘,也不该忘记。
