The thermoluminescent material LiF: Mg, Ti irradiated by 60CoY was measured. LiF: positron annihilation lifetime spectra of Mg, Cu, P, and MgSO4, all of which are decomposed into three components. The lifetime parameters of two different doped LiF samples are very close, which shows that the positive ion vacancy has little effect on the lifetime spectrum.
