“绿色希望工程”是团中央联合国家有关部门共同发起并实施的,以保护河流、库区生态环境为主题的一项社会公益活动,旨在通过开展植树造林,治理水土流失,改善“母亲河”流域生态环境,实现可持续发展。 1999年经全国保护母亲河行动领导小组批准,河北省涿鹿县被首批列入全国保护母亲河绿色工程项目建设县。工程总投资177.62万元,其中中央“绿色希望工程基金”投资104.62万元,地方配套73万元。这项工程的实施,推动了我国单纯由政府办林业,向以政府为主导全社会办林业的转变。
“Green Hope Project ” is a social commonweal activity jointly sponsored and implemented by relevant departments of the CYL Central Committee to protect the ecological environment in rivers and reservoir areas. It aims to improve soil erosion through afforestation, “Mother River” basin ecological environment, to achieve sustainable development. In 1999, the National Leading Group for the Protection of Mother River Action approved that Zhuolu County, Hebei Province, was the first to be listed in the National Protection of Mother River Green Project County. The total investment of 177.62 million yuan, of which the central “Green Hope Project Fund” invested 1.046 million yuan, supporting local 730,000 yuan. The implementation of this project has promoted the transformation of our country from simply running the government to forestry and from taking the government as the leading society for the entire administration of forestry.
