系统地研究了Cr元素对FeNiCrSi热磁合金的磁化曲线(B—H)、工作磁感应强度(Bm)、磁滞损耗(η)、热磁曲线(Bm-T、居里温度(Tc)等特性的影响规律。结果表明:随着Cr含量的增加,Fe61-xNi38CrxSi1合金(X=2,3,4,5%)的工作磁感应强度(Bm)与居里温度(Tc)明显降低,磁滞损耗(η)稍有下降。从该合金的热磁曲线(Bm-T)中得出:随测量温度(T)的升高,工作磁感应强度(Bm)单调缓慢减小,而且随Cr含量的增加下降趋势逐渐加快。同时还研究了磁场强度(H)对该合金居里温度(Tc)的影响,结果表明:随着磁场强度(H)的增强,居里温度(Tc)稍有升高。
The effects of Cr on the magnetization curves (B-H), work magnetic induction (Bm), hysteresis loss (η), thermomagnetic curve (Bm-T, Curie temperature) of FeNiCrSi ferromagnetic alloys were studied systematically. The results show that the work magnetic induction (Bm) and Curie temperature (Tc) of Fe61-xNi38CrxSi1 alloy (X = 2,3,4,5%) decrease obviously with the increase of Cr content, and the hysteresis loss (Η) decreased slightly.The thermomagnetic curve (Bm-T) of the alloy showed that the magnetic induction intensity (Bm) decreases monotonically with the increase of the measured temperature (T) (Tc). The results show that the Curie temperature (Tc) increases slightly with increasing magnetic field strength (H).
