针对精密零件在机械加工过程中及后续使用中遗留毛刺无统一表征问题,采用LEDCA DCM3D型白光干涉仪测量零件毛刺去除前后的形态,一方面从表面形貌三维图和零件横纵方向截面图定性表示毛刺去除与否及去除情况;另一方面从毛刺幅度参数、毛刺空间参数等参数定量表征毛刺去除与否。
