通常认为甲型肝炎不是经胃肠道外传播的,但是,本文报道1例因输血感染引起的甲型肝炎。1981年12月26日有1名献血员患病,呈肝炎症状,12天后采血,发现抗-HAV IgM阳性,确诊为急性甲型肝炎。她把病情告诉血站,因为她在发病前两周曾献过血。12月17日1名剖腹产的妇女使用了她和另一位献血员的血,受者在3周后发病。诉说疲倦、嗜眠,随后出现黄疸,采血发现抗-HAVIgM阳性。除输血外,找不到其他感染原因。
Hepatitis A is not generally considered to be transmitted parenterally, however, one case of Hepatitis A due to transfusion infection was reported. On December 26, 1981, a blood donor was ill and showed symptoms of hepatitis. After 12 days of blood sampling, he was found to have anti-HAV IgM positive and confirmed as acute hepatitis A. She told the bloodstream because she had given blood two weeks before the onset. On December 17, a woman with a caesarean section used blood from her and another blood donor, who developed the disease three weeks later. Tired, narcolepsy, followed by jaundice, blood found anti-HAVIgM positive. In addition to blood transfusion, can not find other causes of infection.
