“健康自我管理项目”是美国纽约州发起的一个以恢复为导向,以课程为基础,并且聚焦教育的实践设计,旨在帮助有严重精神健康问题的成年人做出明智决定并采取行动,从而有效地管理症状,提高生活质量.本文分析了该项目取得成功的原因,包括手册编写的参与性特征、手册内容的综合性以及该项目执行的优势视角,对中国精神疾病患者康复问题具有启发意义.
