巩膜结核病甚为罕见。现将我们所见一例报告如下: 病例报告患者李××,女性,12岁,住院号164199。因右眼发现包块一个月入院。患者于住院前一个月其家长无意中发现右眼有一包块,不痛,视力不受影响。曾于当地医院就诊,未经治疗。因包块长大遂来我院求治。否认结核病史。查体:体温35.5℃,脉搏80次/分,呼吸18次/分,血压12/8kpa。心肺未发现异常。胸透心肺膈正常。化验检查:白细胞6100,淋巴细胞45％,嗜中性细胞 Scleral tuberculosis is rare.
