1989年是奥托昆普闪速熔炼投产四十周年。1949年,世界第一家工业规模的铜闪速熔炼炉在芬兰的哈利亚伐尔塔厂投产,迄今,世界已有35座闪速炉建成或获准建设。奥托昆普闪速熔炼法生产的铜已占世界粗铜产量的三分之一。
1989 is the 40th anniversary of Outokumpu’s flash smelting operation. In 1949, the world’s first industrial-scale copper flash smelter was put into operation at the Halifax Tower in Finland. So far, 35 flash-type furnaces have been built or approved in the world. Outokumpu’s flash smelting process produces about one-third of the world’s blister copper output.
