肉毒杆菌食物中毒是一种临床较少见而病死率很高的疾病,我院儿科于1985年12月收治兄妹2例,现报道如下。例1.患儿女,12岁。因视力模糊,吞咽困难5天于1985年12月5日入院。9天前患儿曾食入自制发酵的豆瓣酱(两次共约100g),第4天自觉舌活动失灵,吞咽困难,继之出现视力模糊、复视、声音低弱、便秘、口干及乏力等症状。体检:体温36℃,脉搏88次/分,呼吸20次/分,血压100/80mmHg。意识清楚,表情淡漠,面部肌肉活动及张口动作减弱,双眼上睑下垂.双眼球外展运动受限。瞳孔对光反应迟钝。悬雍垂轻度左偏,软腭轻瘫,吞咽动作消失。心肺无异常,肝脾不大,双膝腱反射正常。血、尿常规,肝功、心电图及脑电图均正常。将患儿血清做动物试
