中国振动工程学会成立大会暨第一次全国代表大会于1987年5月3日至7日在南京举行,到会的来自全国各地振动工程科技界的正式代表175名,列席代表30人,他们来自我国22个省、市自治区和香港地区的116个单位,其业务面涉及力学、数学、机械、车辆.船舶,航空、航天、水利、化工、电力、冶金、核工程、地质勘探和海洋工程等各个领域,基本上云集了国内从事振动工程研究、教学和应用的各部门、各单位的代表人物,具有广泛的代表性。大会首先由筹委会主任委员胡海昌教授致开幕词,接着由副主任委员丁锡洪副教授作工作报告,对于本学会两年多来的筹备经过作了总结,提出了今后工作的建议。目前在学会下经批准成
The Founding Meeting of China Vibration Engineering Society and the First National Congress were held in Nanjing from May 3 to May 7, 1987. There were 175 formal representatives from vibration engineering science and technology circles across the country attending the meeting, and 30 delegates attended the meeting. They came from 116 units in 22 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions of Hong Kong and China, and its business scope covers mechanics, mathematics, machinery, vehicles, shipbuilding, aviation, spaceflight, water conservancy, chemicals, electric power, metallurgy, nuclear engineering, geological exploration and marine engineering. In all fields, basically all representatives of various departments and units engaged in the research, teaching and application of vibration engineering in China are extensively represented. The congress first made an opening speech by Professor Hu Haichang, chairman of the Preparatory Committee, followed by a report on the work by Associate Dean Ding Xihong. He made a summary of the preparatory work of the Institute over the past two years and put forth suggestions for future work. Currently under the Society approved
