日本企业的管理模式在世界上处于较为先进水平,不仅造就了一批品牌过硬的明星企业,也推动了国内经济的蓬勃发展,并引起了其他国家的效仿。这种管理模式之所以能够取得成功,很重要的原因是从中国传统文化中吸取了大量精华,并熟练应用到本国企业管理上。本文分三个层面阐述了中国传统文化对日本企业管理模式的影响,首先分析了儒家思想的影响,主要体现着人本、忠诚、和谐、谦虚、诚信等方面,接着分析了《孙子兵法》的影响,最后分析了其他传统文化的影响,主要有荀子、《三国演义》、《菜根谭》、《资治通鉴》等方面。
The management style of Japanese enterprises is at a relatively advanced level in the world. Not only has it created a number of star-rated enterprises with strong brands, but also promoted the vigorous development of the domestic economy and aroused the emulation of other countries. The reason why this management model can be successful is very important because it draws a large amount of essence from Chinese traditional culture and is proficient in the management of its own country. This article elaborates the influence of Chinese traditional culture on the management mode of Japanese enterprises in three aspects. First of all, it analyzes the influence of Confucianism, which mainly embodies humanism, loyalty, harmony, modesty and honesty, and then analyzes the influence of the “Art of War” Influence, and finally analyze the influence of other traditional culture, mainly including Xunzi, The Romance of the Three Kingdoms, Cai Gen Tan, and Zi Zhi Tong Jian.
