[目的]探索口腔扁平苔藓的中医证候研究方法,探寻阴虚火旺型口腔扁平苔藓的miRNAs表达特征。[方法]选取3例阴虚火旺型口腔扁平苔藓患者及3例正常人血液,分离提取miRNAs,荧光标记后与miRNAs基因芯片杂交,SAM软件筛选阴虚火旺型口腔扁平苔藓患者和正常人有表达差异的miRNA。[结果]获得5个口腔扁平苔藓特异表达miRNAs,其中3个下调,2个上调。[结论]基因芯片技术可用于口腔扁平苔藓中医证候研究,hsa-miR-18a上调和hsa-miR-99b下调可能是阴虚火旺型口腔扁平苔藓的标志性miRNAs。
[Objective] To explore the TCM syndrome research methods of oral lichen planus and explore the expression characteristics of miRNAs of oral lichen planus. [Method] The blood of 3 patients with oral lichen planus and 3 normal persons of Yin-Huo-Huo Wang model were selected and miRNAs were isolated and extracted. After fluorescent labeling, they were hybridized with miRNAs microarray. SAM software was used to screen the patients with oral lichen planus and the normal people Differentiated miRNAs. [Results] Five miRNAs were specifically expressed in oral lichen planus, of which three were down-regulated and two were up-regulated. [Conclusion] The gene chip technology can be used to study the TCM syndromes of oral lichen planus. The up-regulation of hsa-miR-18a and down-regulation of hsa-miR-99b may be the landmark miRNAs of oral lichen planus.
