欧洲经济货币联盟将于1999年1月1日建成。随着世界经济区域化进程步伐的加快,作为三大经济圈中形成最早、联合程度最高的西欧经济圈的进展更加引起人们的普遍关注。在欧洲经济联合中,欧洲经济货币联盟又是其核心内容。随着改革开放的深入,我国经济国际化程度日益提高,我们有必要认真研究欧洲经济联合对我国经济的影响。本文试对欧洲经济货币联盟的历史进行简要的回顾,并介绍目前进展情况,进而对其发展前景进行分析。 一、马约与欧洲经济货币联盟
