学校档案真实记载着学校自建校以来各项工作和活动过程,是学校广大教职工在从事教育活动、教学管理和学生学习等活动中形成的具有保存或参考价值的原始记录,是从事教育教学活动、学校管理、教科研工作和教育督导评估等不可缺少的参考材料。如果管理得好,它对学校的持续发展具有重要的作用。在此笔者仅就学校档案管理的重要性谈点个人的看法。
The school archives truly records the work and activities since the school was founded. It is the original record of conservation or reference value formed by the majority of faculty and staff engaged in educational activities, teaching management and student learning. It is engaged in education and teaching Activities, school management, teaching and research work and education supervision and evaluation of indispensable reference materials. If managed well, it plays an important role in the sustainable development of schools. Here I only talk about the importance of school archives management personal point of view.
