本研究通过大五人格量表简表和霍兰德职业兴趣量表对大学毕业生的人格特质和职业选择进行调查,并探讨个人特质和职业选择之间的关系。研究结果显示大学毕业生人格特质对职业选择有显著影响,神经质得分高和开放性得分低者更容易选择实际型职业,外倾性得分高和开放性得分低者更容易选择研究型职业,开放性得分越低越容易选择艺术型职业,神经质得分低和责任心得分高者越容易选择社会型职业,神经质得分低、外倾性和责任心得分高者越容易选择企业型职业,神经质得分越低者更容易选择常规型职业。
This study investigates the personality traits and career choices of college graduates using the Big Five Personality Scale and the Holland Rankings of Occupational Interests and explores the relationship between personal traits and career choices. The results show that the personality traits of college graduates have a significant impact on career choices. Higher scores of neuroticism and lower scores of openness make it easier to choose actual-type occupations.
