跌倒可以出现在癫痫发作中,并且是某些癫痫综合征全面性发作或部分性发作的典型表现。据报道,81%的额叶癫痫病人有跌倒发作,在颓叶癫痫中也有类似现象。有人认为部分性癫痫患者出现跌倒发作提示预后不良,本文研究了这类患者的临床表现、脑电图及演变特征。 因部分性癫痫控制不良而收住院的222例患者中31例具有癫痫跌倒发作(EDA),84%出现在病程第1~34年。其中男20例,女11例,平均年龄33岁(20~55岁),平均癫痫病程22年,首次癫痫发作的平均年龄为12岁,EDA出现的年龄为19岁(3~45岁)。全部病例接受了CT和MRI检查以及重复和延长的电视脑电图记录并至少随访2年,其中额叶癫痫22例,颞叶癫痫5
A fall can occur in a seizure and is a classic manifestation of the full or partial seizure of some epilepsy syndromes. It is reported that 81% of frontal lobe epilepsy patients have a fall attack, there is a similar phenomenon in deciduous leaf epilepsy. Some people think that some patients with epilepsy fallopian suggest a poor prognosis, this study of patients with clinical manifestations, EEG and evolution characteristics. Of the 222 patients admitted to the hospital for poor partial control of epilepsy, 31 had epileptic falls (EDA) and 84% occurred in the first to 34 years of their disease. There were 20 males and 11 females with a mean age of 33 years (20-55 years) with an average epilepsy duration of 22 years. The mean age of the first seizure was 12 years and that of EDA was 19 years (range 3 to 45 years). All cases underwent CT and MRI examinations as well as repeated and prolonged television EEG recordings and at least 2 years of follow-up, including 22 cases of frontal lobe epilepsy, 5 temporal lobe epilepsy
