近年来,随着国家支农惠农政策力度的不断加大,新农村建设步伐不断加快,各种涉农犯罪随之增多。由此引发的群众控告申述举报呈上升趋势,影响了社会稳定,损害了党和政府的形象,阻碍了乡村经济的发展。
In recent years, with the continuous strengthening of the state’s policy of supporting agriculture and benefiting the peasants, the pace of building new rural areas has been accelerating and various kinds of crimes involving agriculture have increased. The resulting rise in complaints and appeals by the masses showed an upward trend, affecting social stability, undermining the image of the party and the government and hindering the development of rural economy.
