解固基,字体泉,原崇宁县竹瓦铺(现郫县新胜镇)人,生于1897年。1916年在崇宁县第一高等小学堂肄业,1918年考入彭县中学,因参加学潮,被勒令退学。解固基富于爱国热情,眼见列强入侵,国家多难,毅然弃文就武,于1919年春以第一名成绩考入四川宪兵兵弁学校。结业后,相继任李越森部排、连、营长等职。1926年部队驻防渝州时,因不满军阀当局所为,兼之孀母年迈无人照料,遂辞职回家。后来任崇宁
