Behcet氏症候群又名三联症候群(Triple Symptom Complex)即口腔、外阴及眼的症候群,早在1922年,planner与Romenovsky二氏即已报导,至1937年,Behcet氏始确定是一种独立的疾病。本病在国外文献多有报告,国內有汪氏等的报导,現报告三例如下: 例一:李××,32岁,男。天津人,干部,住院号117996,于1962年2月14日入院。主诉:近半年来先后出現皮下结节,及口腔糜烂,阴囊溃瘍,两眼视物模糊等症状。 現病史:1961年8月,两下肢开始出現大小不等的紅斑,阴囊部皮肤溃破,有红色小糜烂面及輕度渗液,以后逐渐痊癒。1961年10月,两下肢又出現散在的紅斑,以后形成红色皮下结节,有压痛和关节痛,同时伴有两眼疼痛,视物模糊不清,乃至眼科医院求治,診断为虹膜睫状体炎。1961年11月。口腔粘膜出現溃烂,1962年2月初,阴囊部皮肤及龟头部出現紅色小结节,很快溃破,形成 Behcet’s Syndrome, also known as the Triple Symptom Complex, is the syndrome of the mouth, vulva and eyes.
