我们应用美国生产的SHEARING 氏后房型人工晶体对17眼老年性白内障进行了人工晶体植入,手术在Opton 显微镜下进行。术后取得了较为满意的效果。术后随诊最长2年,最短2个月,平均7个月。术后裸眼视力0.1者,2眼;0.3者,2眼;0.4～0.9者,12眼;1.0者,1眼。本文对人工晶体植入术中可能出现的问题及其预防,特别是对如何做好截囊,防止后囊膜破损等问题进行了详细叙述。同时,介绍了“导板”在人工晶体植入中的使用。本文对人工晶体术后出现的并发症,如:色素膜炎,人工晶体表面附着物(色素颗粒沉着),角膜内皮混浊,角膜水肿,人工晶体偏位,虹膜萎缩,瞳孔变形,眼内感染,后发障形成等进行了分析。特别对眼内感染病例进行了介绍,并对其预防和治疗提出了自己的看法。我们认为SHEARING 氏后房型人工晶体是目前比较理想的值得推荐的一种人工晶体。
