目的 探讨 2型糖尿病患者骨密度、IL 6和NO变化及其IL 6和NO与骨密度的关系。方法 观察 2型糖尿病组、正常对照组骨密度、IL 6和NO的变化并进行比较 ,分析 2型糖尿病组中IL 6和NO与骨密度的关系。结果 2型糖尿病患者的骨密度低于对照组 ,IL 6、NO水平高于对照组 ;2型糖尿病患者IL 6、NO水平与骨密度呈显著的负相关。结论 2型糖尿病患者的骨密度降低 ,IL 6和NO在其中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the changes of bone mineral density (BMD), interleukin 6 (IL 6) and nitric oxide (NO) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and their relationship with bone mineral density (BMD) Methods The changes of bone mineral density (BMD), interleukin 6 (IL 6) and nitric oxide (NO) in type 2 diabetic patients and normal controls were observed and compared. The relationship between IL 6 and NO and bone mineral density in type 2 diabetic patients was also analyzed. Results The BMD of patients with type 2 diabetes was lower than that of the control group, and the levels of IL 6 and NO were higher than those of the control group. There was a significant negative correlation between the levels of IL 6 and NO and the BMD of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Conclusion Patients with type 2 diabetes have lower bone mineral density and IL 6 and NO play an important role.
