为了认真贯彻党的十二大精神,按照革命化、年轻化、知识化、专业化的要求调整领导班子,努力开创建材工业新局面,中共国家建材局分党组,于1982年末在山东泰安市召开了直属单位党政第一把手参加的座谈会,传达学习了党的十二大精神和中央领导同志关于加强领导班子建设的重要指示,部署了局直属单位领导班子调整工作的任务。
In order to conscientiously implement the spirit of the 12th CPC National Congress and adjust the leadership in accordance with the requirements of revolutionization, youthfulness, knowledge, and specialization, and strive to open up a new situation in the material industry, the National Building Materials Bureau of the CPC divided into party groups and convened in Taian City, Shandong Province, at the end of 1982. The symposium attended by the first party and government officials of the directly affiliated organizations communicated and studied the Party’s twelfth national spirit and important directives of the central leadership’s comrades on strengthening the leadership team’s construction and deployed the task of adjusting the work of the leading bodies of the bureau’s directly affiliated units.
