当今,处理语言关系、实施语言教育存在不少困扰,有时甚至酿成尖锐的矛盾,已经成为社会治理的一大难题。要破解这个困局,最重要的一个方面,就是要顺应发展,更新观念,突破片面和偏狭,以开放的心态和开阔的视野审视语言问题。其中,树立着眼人生存与发展需要的全面语言素质观,应该有助于正确认识和处理各种语言关系,科学规划和实施语言教育,避免不应有的矛盾。 At present, dealing with language relations and implementing language education has many troubles and sometimes even sharp contradictions. It has become a major problem for social governance. One of the most important aspects to be solved in this predicament is to follow the development, update our concepts, and unilaterally and narrowly, and examine the language issue with an open mind and a broad vision.
