针对羊柴种子果皮坚硬,不易开裂,影响田间发芽率的问题,采用了硫酸浸泡、机械脱壳(指果皮,下同)等方法进行处理。对处理后种子发芽率、活力及伤胚率进行了测定,并进一步评估了几种方法的优劣,其中9QSJ—200型脱壳机处理效果较好。进而又进行了田问出苗率的试验,筛选出田间最佳播量。实验结果表明脱壳后田间出苗率可为对照的5~10倍,在高于对照出苗率的情况下可节省种子一半以上。实验还表明,播种后镇压,其萌发率较未镇压者提高3~4倍。
Aiming at the problem that the peel of hardwood was hard and not easy to crack, the germination rate of field was affected by the soaking of sulfuric acid, the mechanical shelling (referring to the peel, the same below) and so on. The germination rate, viability and embryo rate of the treated seeds were determined, and the advantages and disadvantages of several methods were further evaluated. Among them, the 9QSJ-200 sheller had better treatment effect. Then conducted a field test seedling rate, screening out the best sowing in the field. The experimental results show that the rate of emergence in the field after shelling can be 5 to 10 times that of the control, which can save more than half of the seeds above the control rate of emergence. Experiments also showed that the suppression of seeding, the germination rate than those who did not increase by 3 to 4 times.
